ODINSA is a company that operates mainly in the infrastructure sector. ODINSA has concessions in Colombia, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic. Odinsa is a subsidiary of Grupo Argos and focuses on creating value through structuring, promoting, operating, managing, and developing highway and airport infrastructure projects.

CIC (Caribbean Infrastructure Company) was established in 2013 with the purpose to construct and maintain the Green Corridor Project. Our Vision is to Provide Aruba with a Landmark infrastructure system based on connectivity and urban integration that allows for a sustained, environmentally friendly process.

To make this vision possible we have focused on the following standards:

The Green Corridor Provides a safe infrastructure where vehicular traffic safely coexists with other occupants of urban life: pedestrians, bike riders etc. Also, it encourages outdoor physical exercise, thus enhancing the overall health and welfare of its users.
